Cash Crop Farm Equipment Operator – Full Time

Responsibilities:

• General knowledge and experience, operating and maintaining farm equipment on a cash crop farm
• Willingness to learn equipment operation related to tillage, planting, spraying and harvesting of crops
• Able to work flexible hours as required during the season
• Ability to be a self-starter with a high level of initiative
• Operating modern heavy equipment/tractors
• Servicing equipment (clean & lubricate equipment and refill equipment)
• Minor repairs to equipment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Flexible to work in various working conditions
• Positive attitude / team oriented
• Safety Conscience / Strong work ethic
• Valid G Driver’s License
• Trade Certificate is NOT required

Compensation:

Dependent on skills and experience wage range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
