Job Duties

• Measure and prepare ingredients such as dough, sauces, cheese, and toppings.
• Maintain dough consistency and ensure it is properly proofed.
• Capable of manually stretching pizza dough by hand.
• Roll, stretch, and shape pizza dough to the desired size and thickness.
•  Inspect pizzas for quality before they are served.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, dough rollers, and mixers
• Keep the kitchen, work surfaces, and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor ingredient levels and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements
Minimum three to four years of experience as a pizza maker or in a similar culinary role.
Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Capable of working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,
depending on the store’s operating hours and needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
