Job Description

As a Sales Associate at bridal shop, you play a pivotal role in helping customers prepare for one of the most memorable days of their lives. Your primary responsibility is to  provide an exceptional shopping experience, ensuring that each bride feels valued and
supported in finding the perfect dress and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop.
• Listen actively to their needs and preferences.
• Help in finding the perfect dress or accessories based on their requirements.
• Have a thorough understanding of the bridal dresses, accessories, and other products
available in the store.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends in bridal wear.
• Help customers with sizing and fitting dresses.
• Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
• Ensure that each customer receives personalized attention during their appointment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing information on pricing, delivery
times, and any other relevant details.
• Handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented
approach.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
• Assist in creating attractive displays to showcase bridal products.
• Must steam all products that come into the store.
• Daily cleaning duties (vacuum bridal area and general dusting)
• Follow up with customers after their appointments or purchases to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
• Work closely with other staff members, including alterations specialists and
management, to provide seamless service.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling
• Suggest complementary accessories or additional services to enhance the customer’s
overall bridal experience.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Part-Time (12-15 hours per week)
Availability: Full-day Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and on-call, based on
appointments. Appointments are flexible and can be scheduled around your
availability.
Compensation: $17 per hour

The key to success in a bridal shop is creating a positive and memorable experience for the
customers. Building trust and rapport will not only result in satisfied customers but also in
positive word-of-mouth referrals
