Job Description
A leading company specializing in the production and supply of high-quality foam products, has recently expanded by opening its second branch in Sarnia, and they are seeking an office administrator to join the team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Manage timesheets and payroll.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payments, and tracking expenses.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and order new materials as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
Education and Experience:
· Post-secondary education
· 1 year of relevant experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Organized and self-starter
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office programs
Salary Range: During the probationary period $17.20, and it will increase to $19-21 range based on skills and experience after the probationary period.
Benefits are available after probation.
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment Type: 1st month part-time and starting from 2nd month full-time (30 hours/week), Permanent
