Job Description

A leading company specializing in the production and supply of high-quality foam products, has recently expanded by opening its second branch in Sarnia, and they are seeking an office administrator to join the team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  •  Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  •  Manage timesheets and payroll.
  •  Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payments, and tracking expenses.
  •  Maintain organized and accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  •  Manage office supplies, inventory, and order new materials as needed.
  •  Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  •  Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  •  Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.

 

Education and Experience:

· Post-secondary education

· 1 year of relevant experience

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Organized and self-starter
  •  Attention to detail
  •  Proficient with MS Office programs

Salary Range: During the probationary period $17.20, and it will increase to $19-21 range based on skills and experience after the probationary period.

Benefits are available after probation.

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Employment Type: 1st month part-time and starting from 2nd month full-time (30 hours/week), Permanent

Location: In-person at Western Research Park in Sarnia
